1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and g118 ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button, access the platform via the g118 Login link, or use any service provided by g118.

Continued use of this platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions is considered acceptance of the latest version of the agreement. You are responsible for reviewing this document from time to time.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the g118 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a region or country where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not currently be on a self-exclusion list or under restriction from any registered gambling operator.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. g118 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes.

Account passwords are entirely the user's responsibility. You are not permitted to share your login details with any party. g118 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

g118 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent current market value for cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours after approval.

Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account, to ensure transaction security. g118 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained unlawfully, or funds that have not yet met wagering requirements, will be declined. g118 does not bear any costs or fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

g118 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The bonus may only be claimed once per registered user. Abusing the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is a serious violation that will result in account closure.

Specific terms for each promotion will be stated separately on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

g118 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. g118's decisions on all matters relating to bonuses are final.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the g118 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, sic bo and card games — operate according to their respective rules as set by the game providers. Users are encouraged to understand the rules of each game before starting a betting session.

The outcomes of all games generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed. For live casino games, the outcome given by the dealer is final subject to video recording review if required.

g118 is not responsible for any technical disruptions, software failures or internet connection issues that occur during a game session. Users are encouraged to ensure a stable internet connection before playing.

7. Prohibitions and Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology that can manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person or third party.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or financing of illegal activities.
• Spreading false, misleading or defamatory information about g118 or its users.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all active balances including deposits and winnings, and possible legal action where applicable.

8. Account Termination

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the g118 customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any eligible balance will be withdrawn according to standard procedures.

g118 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or that the account poses a risk to the security of the platform.

Users who choose to self-exclude for responsible gambling purposes may do so by contacting our support. The self-exclusion period cannot be shortened once it has been set.

9. Liability Limits

g118 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of winnings due to unavoidable technical disruptions.

All games carry an element of risk. Users acknowledge that they understand the financial risks involved and play at their own risk. g118 provides betting services as entertainment and does not guarantee any financial returns to users.

10. Changes to Terms

g118 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the version of terms currently in effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The g118 platform operates under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the licence was issued. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement may be referred to a qualified arbitration body.
